Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of these terms

By creating an account or using AIVision (the "Service", at aivision.studio), you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. What the Service is

AIVision is an AI visual workspace. You can describe an image, upload a photo or product reference, and use tools such as image generation, clothes changing, hairstyle changing, headshots, product photos, background removal, and video generation. The credit cost and settings are shown before you start a task.

Generation is performed by third-party AI providers, which may include KIE.ai and Replicate. Files are stored in cloud object storage. Automated checks may review inputs and finished results. If a task fails, is refused by a safety check, or times out, prepaid credits are returned as described in the Refund Policy.

We may add, change, or remove features, models, and providers. Where a change materially reduces the Service, we will give reasonable notice when practical.

3. Accounts

You can sign in with email and, where offered, Google or GitHub. You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials confidential. Activity under your account is your responsibility. Tell us promptly about any unauthorized use.

You must be at least 13 years old (or the higher minimum age required where you live) to use the Service. If you are below the age of legal majority, a parent or guardian must agree to these Terms before you buy anything.

One person may not operate multiple accounts to claim free credits or quotas more than once. We may block such attempts and close those accounts.

4. Photos and likeness

By uploading a photo or other media you confirm that:

• it shows you, or a person who has given you permission to use their likeness this way;
• you will not upload photos of minors without their parent or guardian's consent;
• you will not use photos of public figures or celebrities to impersonate them;
• the result will not be used for sexual, hateful, harassing, or defamatory content, or to deceive — for example, passing an AI result off as real footage of a real person.

You are responsible for how you share what you create. We may refuse a task, remove content, and suspend or close accounts that break these rules, without refunding credits already used.

5. Credits and payment

The Service may be paid for with credits, one-time packs, or subscriptions. Payments are processed by the checkout provider shown to you. Prices, taxes, included credits, and renewal terms are the ones shown at checkout. Offers may change; the price shown when you pay applies.

Pack credits stay available until used, unless checkout says otherwise. Subscription credits are valid for the current billing period only and do not roll over, unless checkout says otherwise.

Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. By subscribing, you authorize the payment provider to charge your payment method at the start of each billing period until you cancel. You can cancel from billing settings. Canceling stops the next renewal. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for. We do not give prorated refunds for partial periods, except as described in the Refund Policy.

Credits cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash, except where the Refund Policy says otherwise.

Failed tasks are not charged. If a task errors, is refused by a safety filter, or times out, prepaid credits return to your balance. A task that completes successfully but that you do not like is not a failure.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• create sexual content involving a minor, or anyone who appears to be a minor — absolutely and without exception;
• create non-consensual intimate imagery;
• infringe copyright, trademark, publicity, privacy, or other rights;
• create content that is illegal where you live or where we operate, or that promotes violence, self-harm, harassment, hate, or fraud;
• probe, overload, scrape, or interfere with the Service or its providers, or circumvent safety filters, rate limits, or free quotas.

You may report content through Online Support & Reports. For imminent danger, contact local emergency services.

7. Your content and generated results

Your uploads remain yours. You grant us a limited license to host and process them solely to operate the Service, including sending them to AI providers to produce your results. We do not use them to train our own models.

Generated results are produced by AI and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or similar to other outputs. You must review them before publishing or relying on them. They are not professional legal, medical, financial, or safety advice. As between you and AIVision, you may use outputs for your own purposes, subject to these Terms, applicable law, and the selected provider's terms. We do not promise that an output is original, non-infringing, or cleared for a particular commercial use. You are responsible for rights in anything you upload.

8. Availability

The Service is provided on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, generation speed, or that any given model or tool remains offered.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service and request account deletion via a support ticket or support@aivision.studio. If you have an active subscription, cancel it in billing settings to stop future renewals.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms, abuse free quotas, start fraudulent chargebacks, or create risk for the Service, other users, or people shown in content. Sections 4, 6, 7, and 10 survive termination.

10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of the Service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms. The date above reflects the latest revision. Material changes will be announced in the product. Continued use after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.
