Privacy Policy

What AIVision collects, how uploaded photos and prompts are used to create images and videos, and the choices you have.

Last updated: 2026-10-30 · Effective: 2026-10-30 · Version 2.0

1. What this policy covers

This policy explains what information AIVision (the "Service", at aivision.studio) collects, how it is used and shared, and the choices you have. By using the Service you agree to this policy.

2. Your uploads, in short

Photos, videos, audio, and prompts you upload are used to run the tool you selected and to run automated safety checks. They are sent to our AI providers for those purposes and nothing else.

We do not use your uploads to train our own models, and we do not sell them.

Only upload photos of yourself, or of people who have given you permission — never of a minor without a parent or guardian's consent.

You can ask us to delete your uploads and generated results at any time through a support ticket or by emailing support@aivision.studio.

3. Information we collect

Account information. Your email address and display name, and — if you sign in with Google or GitHub — the name, email, and avatar that provider shares with us. Passwords for email accounts are stored as salted hashes; we never see them in plain text.

Content you provide and create. Images, videos, audio, prompts, reference files, tool settings, and the images or videos generated for you, plus projects, history, and favorites saved in your account.

Payment information is handled by the checkout provider shown at payment (such as Stripe or Creem). We receive transaction records — plan, credits, amount, currency, and status — but we do not store your full card number.

Technical data. Server logs (IP address, timestamps, request metadata), device and browser information, and cookies or local storage needed to keep you signed in, remember language and interface settings, and enforce guest or free quotas.

Support messages. What you send through Online Support & Reports or to support@aivision.studio.

Analytics. If enabled, we use Google Analytics or Plausible to understand aggregate usage. Those tools may set their own cookies.

4. How we use information

  • To operate the Service: prompts, uploads, and settings are sent to third-party AI providers (which may include KIE.ai and Replicate) solely to generate or analyze the result you requested.
  • To keep the Service safe: inputs and outputs may be checked by automated safety filters before a result is shown.
  • To store and serve files through cloud object storage (Cloudflare).
  • To process payments, track your credit balance, and deliver purchased features.
  • To maintain security: prevent abuse, enforce the rules in our Terms of Service, and debug failed tasks.
  • To send service emails about your account, such as verification, password reset, receipts, and task status. Emails are sent through Resend.
  • To improve reliability and, when analytics is enabled, to understand how the product is used.

We do not sell your personal information.

5. How information is shared

Only with parties needed to run the Service:

  • AI providers (such as KIE.ai and Replicate), which receive the inputs for a task you request;
  • Infrastructure providers (Cloudflare for hosting, delivery, security, and storage);
  • Payment providers shown at checkout, for payment, invoices, fraud checks, and disputes;
  • Google or GitHub, when you choose that sign-in method;
  • Resend, for transactional email;
  • Analytics providers, only when that integration is turned on;
  • Authorities, where required by law or to protect the Service, its users, or people depicted in content.

6. Retention and deletion

Uploads and generated results are kept so you can view and download them, until you ask us to delete them or delete your account. Residual copies leave backups on a normal rotation cycle.

To delete content or your whole account, open a support ticket or email support@aivision.studio. We will do so within a reasonable period, except records we must keep by law.

Transaction history is retained for accounting, tax, and abuse prevention.

7. Security

Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS). Access to production systems and stored files is restricted. No method of storage or transmission is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security — please use a strong, unique password.

8. Your choices and rights

View and download results in your account, and edit account details in settings.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or erase your personal data, or to object to certain processing. Exercise them via a support ticket or support@aivision.studio.

If someone uploaded your photo without permission, contact us and we will remove it.

You can limit analytics cookies through your browser settings.

9. Children

The Service is not directed at children under 13 (or the higher minimum age where you live). We do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has provided data, or a minor's photo was uploaded without guardian consent, contact us and we will delete it.

10. International processing

We and our providers may process data in various countries, including where the selected AI or infrastructure provider operates. Where we transfer data internationally, we rely on the safeguards those providers offer.

11. Changes and contact

We may update this policy. The date above reflects the latest revision, and material changes will be announced in the product.

Questions or requests: open a support ticket from Online Support & Reports, or email support@aivision.studio.
